Remedial Mechanics Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a Remedial Mechanics gift voucher, you are accepting and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Gift vouchers are available for purchase at Remedial Mechanics location or through our official website.
They are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and identify a specific value or treatment. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for products and services available at Remedial Mechanics. They cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Any unused balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited. There are no additional processing or maintenance fees associated with the use of this gift voucher.
Gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. They are not transferable and cannot be resold.
Please treat your gift vouchers as if they are cash. Remedial Mechanics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards and cannot provide refunds or replacements in these circumstances. Remedial Mechanics reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Current conditions are available on our website. Changes will not affect vouchers that have already been purchased.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Terms And Conditions For Cancelling Appointments
Remedial Mechanics Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Remedial Mechanics, we do our best to offer convenient booking options for our clients. When securing an appointment you agree to the following;
1. You may cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee. This can be done via the reminder email/text or contacting the clinic directly via email or phone.
2. If you need to cancel or amend your booking within 24 hours of your appointment please do so by contacting the clinic directly phone. Our staff will happily assist by rescheduling your appointment to a mutually convenient time within the following 7 days. If rescheduling is not an option please be aware that a cancellation fee of $30/booking will apply.
3. If you do not attend your booking without notifying us, you will incur a cancellation fee of $30/booking. This will be payable prior to securing any future appointments. Frequent no-shows may result in the client being suspended from making future appointments with Remedial Mechanics.
4. Please be aware we do not accept cancellation or appointment amendments via social media. To cancel or amend your booking, please do so via your confirmation email/text or by contacting the clinic directly by phone or email.
We appreciate your cooperation in observing our policies, which assists us to continue providing the best possible service to our clients.
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time Remedial Mechanics may remove the service for an indefinite period of time or cancel the service at any time, without issuing prior notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your own risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind. In no case will Remedial Mechanics , our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limit to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured whilst using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
